Shipping and Delivery

When I prescribe products from my clinic dispensary during an online or in-person consultation, I can arrange postage to you at extra cost via Australia Post. 

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and if an item is returned, shipping costs will be deducted from refunds (if applicable). If an is unclaimed or the purchaser provides the wrong address, additional shipping fees and administrative charges will apply.

Shipment Processing
All orders for in-stock items will be processed within 2-3 business days, and after processing, will be shipped next-day delivery via Australian Post. Items not in stock will be ordered in or made, and usually arrive within 2-3 weeks (you will be notified of this), however we cannot guarantee that items will be received by the manufacturer within this timeframe.

Receiving Shipments
LAHE is not responsible for shipments that are lost or stolen during transport. . If your shipment doesn’t arrive when expected, or if shipment packaging is open or damaged, please contact us immediately to discuss replacement. Photos of damaged items will be required with your order confirmation.

Return/Exchange Shipping
When returning or exchanging a product, you may visit our Mullumbimby location in person or send the item via pre-paid mail to:

You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and/or shipment insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
